Great for little necks

I just read the review on the hippo buddy. I have to say I have had the exact opposite experience with the company. When I called them, I was taken care of and got exactly what I wanted. And it is the only neck pillow my kids play with when they are not using it. Great idea and so soft to touch.

Noddle head travel buddy hipp

When I received this product it was missing the mini travel buddy that goes with neck pillow. When I contacted the seller I was informed that the company no longer makes them. They said they would look to see if they had one. I responded that it did not have to be a hippo and that I would take any substitution since I already paid for it. Several weeks went by with no response. I contacted them again and expressed my disappointment to their lack of action. About a week later I recieved a bear buddy. The product is fine but I was very disppointed with the seller. If they knew the product was no longer being made it should have been removed.
