This is a life saver for the baby who gets bored and frustrated in the car! You can wind it up and it plays music while rotating. It keeps our baby occupied for hours if needed.
$20 really seemed like a lot for this toy, but my Daughter LOVED it. Unlike most car-seat toys for infants, this one actually winds up and turns so she was able to enjoy it before she was even big enough to reach for it. The music was pretty and not obnoxious. Once she got big enough to reach and grab things this was still a favorite toy, it became a game for her to try to catch her favorite of the bugs. I only wish i hadn\'t sold it at a yard sale because i\'m re-purchasing it now for a new baby on the way.
